It's not a Barnes and Nobles, so don't expect a huge selection of books. It's a cute concept where they mix the online feel of Amazon (customer reviews, If you like this, you'll love that, what's popular in your area, etc.) And a small book store. Everything is super well organized and easy to find sections, and they even have a few popular electronics that work with Alexa scattered around the store.

Very nice store - new & well organized. Not a huge selection, but I liked how the books were displayed - each book has the Amazon rating below it. It's small & about 1/4 of the store it's dedicated to their electronic devices (Kindles, etc). Overall nice layout, but very small & not a huge selection
As a regular user of Amazon's website, I thought that an actual store was not possible, and that if tried it would fail within months of opening. Well, my father and I were sorely mistaken. The store was centered around books, and oh boy did they do that right. They had specific sections of books, and in those sections they put similar books next or close to each other, to help a customer find something that they like and to increase profit margins. Besides books, they also sold Amazon's favorite AI, Alexa! They had the Echo, Echo Dot, Echo Plus, Echo Spot, and Echo Show. They also sold similar Amazon products like the Fire TV stick, and also some Amazon Basic branded wires, and cables. The staff were awesome people, and they definitely knew their stuff about books and about Echo, and Echo related products. Though I cannot stack this store up against other Amazon stores, I'd say that I definitely had a positive first time. I am really looking forward to going to more of these stores in the future.
I love Amazon, especially books, as I am a prime member and have been so many years. This location sucks. The cashiers are not helpful and do not explain things clearly.
