Not the best location but not the worst. The best advice I can give you is to make an appointment before you arrive. Also when entering it’s almost near impossible to get the attention of one of the Apple guys who will have to check You in.
I cancelled my spot in the queue. Just before leaving, I voiced my displeasure to the employee I cancelled with. As I'm halfway out the door, he disdainfully responds "Happy Black Friday". Wish I got his name.
Apple prides themselves on in-store experience and helpful employees. This man was the antithesis of an apple employee and this store is a joke.
Great atmosphere and product. Initially I had less than positive experience on a repair issue. But they doubled down and redeemed themselves before I could make a peep. I know they are not perfect, but there is a reason they are the most valued company in the world.
On hold w/ the automated system for an absurd amount of time. All I want to do is book an appointment to come into the store to fix my laptop.
If I could give zero stars I would. I went in for a service as my MacBook Pro will not boot up. (Classic hard drive issue). I asked to make an appointment and was told I could not and would have to wait three to four hours to be seen. Mind you I’m on my lunch break as the rest of the world has to work and I don’t have that kind of time. When the Apple employee asked what my problem was I explained. He then asked when I purchased the computer. The computer was purchased by me from Apple in 2015. Less than 2 years old. Asked simply if I could have my hard drive replaced to which they responded with absolutely not and they refused and said that although my computer was bought new in 2015 that it is a 2013 model and because the model itself is older than 4 years they could only suggest I buy a new computer from them. Not something that is in my budget. Extremely disappointed as I am a photographer and my life is on the computer and all my projects as well. I switched to Apple from PC because of their reputation for being the best but it looks like they’re far from it. Will never buy an Apple product again.
Went here to purchase a phone. Was told 45 minute wait, to purchase, yes, purchase. Left the store and walked around for 30 minutes. Came back and my spot in line was gone.
It keeps asking for a serial number, which I know can be found in about this mac, but my laptop won't even turn on. So it just transfers me to "support" where I'm never taken off hold. JUST LET ME BOOK AN APPOINTMENT.
Added my name to the list again. Contemplated the ridiculousness of the fact I have to wait another 25 minutes to swipe a credit card and in turn receive a box.
