Service is always spot on, but it would have been nice to have been called when my car was ready rather than having to call them and have them say, "Oh yeah, that's all set." Also, I was told if they had a part they could fix my heated seat, but them after bringing it in found out that they neber have after market parts, which I had explained my seats were when I called to schedule. But those comments aside, my Jeep drives better than it has in months so I will always go back.
Went in for oil change and tire rotation. At my last visit for the same service they apparently screwed up my lock nuts and couldn’t get the wheels of this time. Oil change went extremely fast but I had to wait almost two hours for them to drill off my lock it’s and replace them. It was great that they held themselves accountable and fixed it but I was there for a lot longer then planned.
An overall good experience. The work was explained clearly and completed in a timely manner and as promised. My only concern was the service agent failed to check my warranty status and attempted to charge me for work covered under my warranty. I have been coming to Kelly Jeep service for several years, and expect not to have to worry about being overcharged when I’ve invested in a warranty. Perhaps it is the expectation that I will always ask whether the work is coveeed, but I think this is the responsibility of the service department since it isn’t always clear what is covered.
Friendly from start to finish. Most often it’s very stressful purchasing a car, and finding one you love that also fits in your budget. Not to mention the stigma being a female and shopping for a car you get extra stress and little respect. Not with this dealership. From on the phone to in person service was nothing short of amazing and professional. Chad was super friendly, understanding, and patient with me. The time spent in the dealership was smooth and i wasn’t there for long unnecessary hours. The price of the vehicles listed are the best rates, and no matter what my million questions were they were answered with kindness and proficient responses. Super professional and would reccomend them for sure.

I never thought buying a car would be as easy as it was with Kelly Jeep Chrysler. The price was fair right off the bat so there was no need to haggle. I was treated very respectfully and the staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant. I had Pablo as my salesperson and he was easy to deal with and didn't give off that typical sleazy salesman feel. I would definitely recommend going here if you want an easy, fair car buying experience.
