The “Express Service” has degraded over time. When it (Express Service) first started, I was in and out within 30 minutes for an oil change. With each visit, my wait has gotten longer. During my last oil change, I ended up going to the desk after an hour and 10 minutes to ask for my car back because I had to get back to work! The response was “...it’s almost done.” To accommodate, they applied a coupon (which I already had). I appreciate the token, but frankly it was a zero sum gain, and I was really late getting back to my job that pays for the nice car.

Had a great experience at this dealership. The sales rep, Jose was very knowledgeable and honest. He found the car I wanted and didn't try to upsell me to another model I didn't want/need. Instead he showed me all of the features and perks of the car I wanted. Best part, he as well at Jovan worked with me to get the deal I needed to sign. I definitely recommend these guys!!
*An Excellent Experience* We went in after a total loss looking to replace a car. After a couple of poor experiences elsewhere, we tried Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield. The atmosphere and attitude were completely different than at other dealerships. We were never made to feel manipulated and were comfortable from start to finish. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything concisely. We had a sweet spot we wanted to meet to seal the deal. The sales manager, Vinny, ensured that we got there. In short, the entire process was exemplary. They set the bar for us and we will certainly go back for our next car.
